The Idea
Spending a wonderful inspirational time with other Nia Teachers on common events in Austria last year, the wish to spent MORE time together to inspire, celebrate, relax and enjoy Nia with a WEEKS FOCUS.

The location
About one hour north from Florence in a rough and non-cultivated part of Tuscany, we find the small village Firenzuola.

The farm- Le Costarelle
Is a for this area typical, several hundred year old farm, located in about 700 m (... Ft) altitude of the Appenin Mountains, where also in summertimes a fresh brise is blowing.
The surrounding mountains invite for hiking trips, mountain biking or horse back riding.
The farm is including three appartments and „the barn“- the multi- functional- room, for seminars, dance and Yoga- workshops, Partys etc. Behind the farmhouse is a big field with high oaks, places to  rest and a lot of space to be lazy, to read, play or to tan...
Additional there are 5 well-trained horses, dogs, cats, chicken for your daily fresh eggs, the farm-owned fountain with excellent waterquality and some acres of mixed forrest.

The costs, are very small!
€ 350, 00 for accomodation, food, good tuscan wine... Per person!

The possibilities

Due to the location in the middle between Bologna and Florence there are a lot of cultural and natural attractive places to visit: in only a one hour ride you reach Florence, Bologna, Lucca and Pisa.

If possible take another week of holidays and make a trip to the famous „Cinque Terre“ the south tuscan Chanti  wine area and Siena.

In Firenzuola there is a swimmingpool, but we suggest the most beautiful natural bathing places of the rivers Saterno (pic!) and Rovigo and their excellent waterquality to reach in about 20 min.

Most important:

In Firenzuola you get the best italian ice cream in the world... the last time we drove down to the village twice a day just to get another of this fabulous ice cream!
